When it comes to masturbation sleeves, Tenga is a brand that most men know and appreciate. I’ve tried almost all of them and my biggest beef has been that most of their toys are disposable, made only for one or two uses. That is unless you want to go for their pricey Flip hole or Flip Air models which do last a long time but are… well… pricey. Thankfully they’ve struck a balance now with the new 3D sleeves, which are more affordable yet reputed to last just as long as the Flip models.
The 3D’s are caseless tube-style sleeves, roughly 4.5″ long, that are made of latex free elastomer with an antibacterial agent thrown in the mix. I like this material. It’s similar to other synthetic “skin” toy materials as far as the smoothness, stretch and pliability, but a bit more firm. My gf fit it over several different sized dildos as part of our testing, and it does expand to fit almost any size. This elastomer has only the faintest rubber/plastic smell when it’s new, which dissipates after a few washings, and it can be washed with soap – something that most “skin” toys can’t handle.
When you first get the Tenga 3D it’s displayed in the storage case inside out so you can see the inner texture. I believe there are 4 different ones in the entire 3D line, and instead of the typical ribs or bumps that line other sleeves these have geometrical shapes in them. Mine is covered in large Polygons, and it creates a sensation in use that’s very hard to explain. It’s similar to a mild ribbed sleeve and it stimulates every inch of my dick from head to base. Very nice.
The outer side is contoured with bulges at either end, presumably to make them easier to hold, but this also creates a unique tight-loose-tight entrance. The other end is closed and does create some mild suction during use, which we found out you can increase if you use a second hand to tug on the end of the sleeve a bit. And yes, for anyone who’s wondering, you can use the toy inside out if you prefer no textures.
What really makes the Tenga 3D stand out from the rest, aside from the unsual inner textures, is the display canister it comes in. It not only has a hidden compartment under the base to hold the instructions and a lube packet, but it doubles as a drying rack too. I wish more companies would include something like this with their sleeves. Aside from drying the bj sex toy (without leaving water on the counter, I might add), we also find this rack convenient if we want to put the toy aside for a few minutes to do something else.
I don’t give many masturbation sleeves a 5-star rating these days, but between the material, the way it feels, and that great drying rack, Tenga 3D’s got it.

I like this toy too, just for different reasons. The main one being that it’s not gross to hold on to (aka it isn’t sticky and doesn’t leave a residue). It’s also pretty lightweight compared to some of his other sleeves and not difficult for me to use one-handed on him. Definitely one of the better sleeves we’ve tried.
